Quick recap

Jane Foster is the new Thor. Only she can lift Mjolnir, and with it she takes on threats across the Ten Realms. But out of the armor, Jane is going through chemotherapy for breast cancer, and every transformation into Thor undoes the treatment. While she keeps her secret, Malekith and the Dark Elves stir up a war against the Light Elves with Roxxon's help, and Odin, back on Asgard's throne, tries to take the hammer from the woman he sees as a usurper. Jane fights on several fronts at once. The volume ends with war between the realms breaking out and the price of being Thor growing steeper for her.
