Quick recap

Xander works in the Society's medical department while secretly serving the Rising. Cassia is a sorter in the capital, and Ky flies for the rebels. The Rising takes power by promising a cure for a plague, but the virus mutates. Ky gets sick. In a remote village, Xander and the scientist Oker learn the Society itself spread the disease. Oker dies before finishing the cure, Cassia spots the clue he left, and Xander completes it. Indie dies in a plane crash, and Cassia's father dies too. Cassia remembers that she was the one who entered Ky into the Matching Pool. The cure beats the plague. Xander ends up with Lei, and Cassia and Ky persuade Anna, the village leader, to run in the new election.
