After the win, Terry Silver, now sole owner of Cobra Kai, opens a flagship dojo in Encino and buys others across the Valley. Johnny and Robby head to Mexico after Miguel, who is searching for his father. Daniel and Chozen try to bring Silver down. Johnny tries to patch things up between Robby and Miguel and learns Carmen is pregnant. Silver recruits senseis from South Korea, led by Kim Da-Eun, and trains the students brutally. The students find out the Sekai Taikai selection was rigged. In the end, the Miyagi-Fangs expose Silver in a video, Daniel beats him with a crane kick, and Silver is arrested. Kreese, in prison, faked his death.
