Quick recap

A woman seems to throw herself in front of a bus. Reacher sees what really happened: a man pushed her and stole her bag. He follows the killer and finds the event is part of a much larger, secret conspiracy. That is the official premise of the October 2022 book; a more detailed summary was not verified.
