Quick recap

1935, a year before Raiders of the Lost Ark. Indy escapes a crime boss in Shanghai with nightclub singer Willie Scott and the boy Short Round, and the trio crash-land in an Indian village. The villagers ask him to recover a sacred stone and the village children, taken to Pankot Palace. There Indy finds a Thuggee cult working the children as slaves in mines, hunting for the Sankara stones. High priest Mola Ram makes him drink a potion that puts him in a trance. Short Round snaps him out of it, and the trio free the children. On a rope bridge, Mola Ram falls, and the stone goes home.
