Quick recap

In Panem, the Capitol forces the 12 districts to send one boy and one girl each year to the Hunger Games. When little Prim is reaped, Katniss Everdeen volunteers in her place. The other District 12 tribute is Peeta Mellark, who confesses his love for her on TV. In the arena, Katniss teams up with Rue from District 11 and covers her body in flowers after she's killed. A new rule allows two winners from the same district, and Katniss nurses a wounded Peeta in a cave. At the end, the rule is revoked. The two threaten to eat nightlock berries together, and the Gamemakers name them both victors. Haymitch warns that the Capitol took it as defiance. On the train home, Peeta learns the romance was partly an act.
