Quick recap

Rob Zombie retells the story from the start. Michael is ten, living with his mother, a teenage sister, her boyfriend and a violent stepfather. At school he's isolated and does disturbing things. On Halloween night he commits his first crimes. Dr. Loomis spends years treating the boy, but the relationship sours. Fifteen years later, adult Michael escapes the hospital and returns to Haddonfield for his baby sister, who grew up as Laurie Strode without knowing anything. The film ends with the night of the hunt and Laurie facing her brother.
