Quick recap

Evan Ross is staying with his cousin Kermit and bully Conan won't leave him alone. His friend Andy shows up with a new can of Monster Blood, blue this time, and Kermit tells Conan it's candy. A blob drops out, drinks from the garden hose, and splits in two. Every time they touch water, the creatures multiply and grow hairy and full of teeth. They chase the kids and nearly smother them, but end up eating each other. Then Professor Eric Crane arrives: he made the goo for underwater military combat, and on his way out he spills more of it in Conan's yard. The twist: Conan ate the so-called candy, can't stop drinking water, and three Conan clones close in on Evan, Kermit, and Andy.
