Quick recap

Celebrant keeps seizing dragon sanctuaries, and the war spreads. With Seth and Bracken missing, Kendra has to rally friends and allies on her own and travels to Crescent Lagoon, an underwater dragon sanctuary. Meanwhile Seth, with no memories, lives on the Phantom Isle, bound by a deal to the Underking, the island's master, and under the influence of Ronodin, who has his own plans for him. Bracken is a prisoner there too. Kendra tries to work out where her brother is and how to reach him before Ronodin turns him against her. By the end, the siblings are together again at Crescent Lagoon, but Seth still has no memories, and the dragon war is far from over.
