Quick recap

Goku and Vegeta train with Whis on Beerus's planet. Meanwhile Sorbet, who leads what's left of Frieza's army, gathers Earth's Dragon Balls and revives the tyrant. Frieza trains for the first time in his life and returns as Golden Frieza with a thousand soldiers. Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, Tien, Master Roshi and Jaco hold off the troops. Goku arrives and fights as a Super Saiyan Blue; Frieza runs out of steam, but Sorbet shoots Goku in the back. Vegeta steps in, and a desperate Frieza destroys the Earth. Whis rewinds time, and Goku finishes Frieza with a Kamehameha.
