In 1994, the name C. Berman comes up as a survivor of the 1978 Camp Nightwing massacre who claimed to have seen the witch. She died for a moment and was revived. She doesn't answer the phone, but later calls Deena to say there is no escaping.
Ziggy is a Shadyside teen at camp, humiliated by Sunnyvale kids who call her a witch. With her sister Cindy, friend Alice and Cindy's boyfriend Tommy, she is caught in a run of killings tied to Sarah Fier.
When Ziggy bleeds on Sarah Fier's hand, the curse reignites. Cindy sacrifices herself to save her, and counselor Nick Goode revives her. In 1994, Deena and Josh realize C. Berman is Christine Berman, Ziggy herself.
In the third film, Ziggy helps Deena and Josh set the mall trap and pours Deena's blood over Nick Goode. When the curse ends, she returns the diary to Nurse Lane.
Ziggy Berman is a character of the Netflix trilogy. Shadyside comes from R. L. Stine's books, and Camp Nightwing is also the setting of the book Lights Out.
