Quick recap

In 1779 in Kent, Billie Bridgerton grows up running wild with the Rokesbys, her family's neighbors for centuries. Everyone expects her to marry one of the Rokesby brothers. Just not George, the earldom's stiff and arrogant heir, whom she can't stand, and the feeling is mutual. When they're forced to spend time together, the bickering turns into sparks. Billie is the older sister of Edmund Bridgerton, the future father of the eight siblings, still a boy away at school. In the end, Billie and George get together, and word arrives that George's brother Edward has gone missing in America.
