Quick recap
Blay and Qhuinn are finally planning their formal mating ceremony. Life doesn't cooperate: young kids, royal duties and the fighting rotation keep derailing things. When a brutal nor'easter traps Caldwell, everything falls apart. The two are separated amid emergencies, and a chain of events puts one of their lives at risk. It's a holiday story about a couple who already chose each other and now have to prove it to the world. The official blurb doesn't reveal the ending, and we leave it out here.
