Flow

A dark grey cat lives alone in a forest, near an empty house where someone seems to have lived once. There are no humans in sight, only ruins, giant cat statues and plenty of animals along the way. One ordinary day, it steals a fish and ends up chased by a pack of dogs.

While running, the cat spots a herd of deer racing past in a panic. Soon the reason arrives: a massive flood pours into the forest, and the water keeps rising. The cat barely makes it out, finds shelter on high ground and picks up a companion, a yellow Labrador that breaks from the pack to follow it.

When even the tallest cat statue goes under, the cat leaps onto a sailboat drifting by. On board is a calm capybara, and soon other animals join, each with its own temper. With no dialogue at all, only animal sounds, the film follows this makeshift crew as it tries to survive a world that is sinking.
