Quick recap

Matt Stifler, Steve's younger brother, wants to prove he's a true Stifler and pulls a prank that goes too far. The school's guidance counselor, Chuck Sherman, sends him to band camp as punishment. There Matt flouts the rules, gets his own school's band in trouble and runs into the band director, Elyse. Jim's dad, who works at the camp, tries to help him fit in. A light spin-off with a summer camp feel. It's the film that kicks off the American Pie Presents line, released straight to video.
