Quick recap

The collection opens with Concrete Jungle: during a New York heat wave, Detective John Schaefer, Dutch's brother, realizes a string of brutal killings is the work of an alien hunter, the same kind of creature his brother fought in the jungle. Schaefer returns in Cold War, when the Predators hunt in Siberia. Then come standalone tales: a New Mexico army base in Big Game, World War I trenches in The Bloody Sands of Time, Vietnam, two Predators dueling in New Jersey and 1950s Hollywood, plus the Predator 2 adaptation. As a collection, there's no single ending: each hunt ends with either the hunter or the prey on the ground.
