Quick recap

A British spy ship sinks in the Ionian Sea with the ATAC, the device that commands the UK's nuclear submarines. The Soviets want it. The archaeologist hired to find it is murdered with his wife, and their daughter, Melina Havelock, swears revenge with a crossbow. Bond goes to Spain, then Italy and Greece, past ski slopes and a biathlete assassin named Kriegler. Greek businessman Kristatos points to smuggler Milos Columbo, but Columbo shows Bond the real traitor is Kristatos, who works for the KGB. Bond and Melina recover the ATAC from the wreck, but Kristatos steals it. They climb to a clifftop monastery. Columbo kills Kristatos, and Bond tosses the ATAC off the cliff before General Gogol can take it.
